Being a Health and Fitness Professional, it is my job to understand terms and definitions which are commonplace to this industry, at the same time to keep abreast of evolving trends.     Coordination
    Agility
    Speed
    Power

In line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the meaning of Physical Fitness emphasizes the real difference between Health Related Physical Fitness and Athletic Ability Conditioning. Its point-of-departure is the "health" of america nation, which is often known as the "public health perspective."
